It's that time of year again when everybody is busy with back to school activities. Beginning in September, we start booking lots of parties so make your reservations early and don't get left out in the cold when the end of soccer season rolls around.
We're making a few changes to our party offerings and menu so look for them in the next month or two. First up is the Belly Buster Pizza, the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Larger Beer and Soda pitchers plus new party packages. Sometime in October we should have a new Tandori Chicken pizza and Paneer Veggie pizza, both with a curry based sauce.
This Fall, our landlord will be remodeling our bathrooms, including replacing some old plumbing underground. Walls are coming down and floors will be torn up. When the dust settles, our bathrooms will be better than ever and more handicap accessible. So excuse the mess if you happen to come in during construction. We don't have a timeline yet but the architect is drawing up plans right now for approval so we expect construction to start in September.

Those of you that have been to Pizza and Pipes in the last two weeks may have seen our NEW BELLY BUSTER pizza. This GIANT 20 inch pie is equal in size to two large pizzas and weighs in at about 5 pounds. The perfect size to feed 6 to 10 people. That's Mike Chase, who came all the way from Livermore to be our first Belly Buster challenger. He ate about 70% of his Belly Buster in 45 minutes before he gave up.
Will you be the first to eat a Belly Buster in one hour? Rules are simple. You must be 18 or older and sign a wavier. Pay half price for the pizza and eat it in one hour. If you make it, the pizza is free and you get one free XL pizza for each of the next 12 months. Win or lose, your photo goes on our wall of fame or wall of shame.

We did a lot of tinkering with this pizza before we came up with the perfect blend of flavors. This delicious GOURMET PIE is made with La Nova hot sauce, mozzarella cheese, spicy chicken strips, jalapeno pepper rings and sweet red onion. After it's cooked we drizzle on a little bleu cheese dressing and sprinkle a bit of cilantro for that authentic Buffalo Chicken taste.
